~ Wellness ~

This Fall we'll focus on wellness - the combination of physical, mental and emotional health that kids need to thrive and grow. Our play themes will encourage connecting with nature, finding adventure, and embracing change as we experience the autumnal shift in our outdoor classroom. We'll also focus on building strong relationships together and introduce fun breathing techniques to promote mindfulness and self-care.

~ Recommended age range is from 18 months - 7 years

~ All sessions are child & adult participation classes

~ Sibling discount automatically applies 25% off

Play Days in the Park

Play days are a wonderful way to join Little Sprout Explorers for a single day of nature play and learning in the park. Classes will have an engaging play theme and story to inspire our play for the day. Then we'll see what creative ideas we come up with and let our imaginations and play run wild!

~ Classes are held from 10-11:15 am in Los Gatos, CA

~ Recommended age range is from 18 months - 7 years

~ All sessions are child & adult participation classes

* 1 child: $25 a class

* Siblings: 1st child = $25, 2nd/3rd child = 25% off
